1、 Product Function and Usage:


model: GC-RZK-800


The Vacuum heat treatment rapid quenching furnace system belongs to the High-pressure gas quenching furnace, which is a resistance heating and gas cooling furnace. It uses vacuum radiation heating, rapid gas cooling, adjustable gas cooling pressure, and a maximum pressure greater than 6 bar (absolute pressure) for heat treatment equipment. This equipment can be used for vacuum heat treatment processes such as quenching, annealing, tempering, solid solution, and aging. The vacuum heat treatment fast rate furnace consists of a vacuum chamber, vacuum pumping system, pressure measuring device, heating air, insulation screen, high-pressure gas quenching system, water cooling system, control system, electrical system, and test bench


1. To provide a high vacuum environment for heat treatment operations and meet the vacuum requirements of high vacuum heat treatment, the vacuum chamber is a stainless steel furnace equipped with a vacuum pump group consisting of dry pumps and molecular pumps. The use of oil pumps is prohibited.


2. To provide a high-temperature baking environment for heat treatment operations and meet the temperature requirements of high heat treatment, equipped with multi-layer metal heat shields and strip heating wires.


3. The device can automatically heat up through a program, control the heating rate, set segmented heating, and has the function of controlling heating temperature through vacuum degree detection feedback.


4. Equipped with a cooling water machine to cool the vacuum flange and the outer wall of the furnace.


5. Equipped with a detachable sample tray made of molybdenum or ceramic material.


6. Featuring miniaturization, small footprint, and flexible handling.

This vacuum heat treatment equipment is mainly divided into four parts: vacuum system, heating system, electronic control and cooling system.


This device is a high vacuum molybdenum gall heating distance front door opening device. The vacuum container is mainly made of high-quality S30408 stainless steel. Place the test piece into the vacuum chamber, then close the vacuum chamber door (heated to an internal molybdenum gall heating type), and work can begin. After the vacuum is drawn to the specified specifications of the process, it can be heated and the heating system inside the high vacuum can be turned on, which can cause the gas molecules on the inner wall of the device and the gas molecules on the inner wall of the high vacuum pipeline to desorb and be extracted through the vacuum system. After a certain period of time, when the vacuum level inside the device reaches the required vacuum level for the process, cathodic decomposition or heat treatment of the device can be carried out to complete the vacuum process flow.
