1、 Main uses of the product:


The military standard Sand and dust testing machine is suitable for conducting experiments on mechanical and electrical equipment, seals, and other products to prevent sand and dust from entering the casing in a sand and dust environment. To test the performance of the test sample in the use, storage, and transportation of sand and dust environments. This device meets the relevant national standards and shell protection levels.

Use common red porcelain clay or widely used quartz powder. Among them, quartz powder contains 97-99% (by weight), and the main components of red porcelain clay include:


Calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium oxide, titanium dioxide, etc. 5%


Iron oxide (Fe2O3) 10 ± 5%


Aluminum oxide (alumina) 20 ± 5%


The other components are silicon dioxide.

1.10.3 Sand and dust composition: If there are no other specific regulations, quartz sand (with silica content above 95% specific gravity) is used for large sand particles.


1.10.4 Sand particle diameter: 150um ≤ sand particle diameter ≤ 850um;


1.11 Collection System: The system can automatically collect falling sand particles and enter the box for further circulation.


1.12 Box sealing: There is no dust leakage during operation, which can effectively protect the surrounding environment from pollution.

2.5 Automatic feedback control: Wind speed automatic feedback control regulation. There are two anemometers inside the box, one is a "hot wire" type and the other is a "rotating" type. Ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensors measure horizontal wind speed and direction through ultrasound. The measurement is based on ultrasound transmission time, and the transmission time of ultrasound from one probe to another depends on the wind speed. The transmission time is measured in two directions of a pair of probes. Take two measurements from each position of the three ultrasonic paths at a 60 ° angle to each other, and calculate the wind speed and direction. The calculation method of wind measurement values can completely eliminate the influence of installation height, temperature, and humidity. The accuracy of the anemometer can reach 0.5m/s.
